Yes. We are open 24/7/365.

For member safety, the front door remains locked at all times. Active members (including Day Passes) have secure access and may enter anytime.

Can anyone purchase a day pass?

Yes. Day passes and memberships can be purchased ANYTIME on our website or in the Duggins Gym app. Access is granted immediately after purchase via our KISI app.

Is the gym staffed 24/7?

No. We are not staffed around the clock, but we are always near our phones and respond to emails as quickly as possible.

• Confirm your payment processed successfully

• Make sure you are using the KISI app and NOT the Duggins Gym app.

• Make sure Bluetooth is turned on

• Ensure your phone is set as the primary device in the app

My payment declined. How do I make a payment?

Email us and we will manually process your payment.

Are there contracts?

We offer both month-to-month and contract options. Membership details are available at sign-up.

How do I cancel my membership?

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

We require cancellation requests in writing.

Most memberships require a $100 early cancellation fee, as stated in the signed agreement.

Do you offer family discounts or first responder discounts?

Do you offer personal training?

We have independent personal trainers who operate inside the gym.
